Frank has been representing clients in personal injury cases for over twenty years. His practice includes automobile accidents, wrongful death and injury claims, medical malpractice claims, coal mining and industrial accidents, toxic torts and employment and discrimination claims.
Frank received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the West Virginia Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Frank serves on the Board of Governors for the West Virginia Association for Justice and is a member of the American Association for Justice. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Frank and his wife are active members of their Calhoun County community. He is based in the firm’s Madison office, but is available for consultations in Calhoun County and at either of the firm’s locations.
